I would like to thank all visitors of the Hulu Terengganu District Council website. As a Local Authority empowered under the Local Government Act 1976 (Act 171), the Hulu Terengganu District Council is responsible in providing municipal services to residents within the operational areas of the council which includes sanitation services as well as providing public facilities.

This site is also a guideline which may be used by customers when dealing with the Council and I really hope this information may be utilised as effectively as possible in our mutual efforts to develop the Hulu Terengganu District.

I hope that through the use of this site, the Hulu Terengganu District Council can contribute towards creating a knowledgeable society in information technology and in line with the evolution of life in the new millennium.
